Diet and Canada Day

Diet

I decided that I should go on a diet of no artificial sugar for the next two weeks. It's pretty scary to know how addicted I am to sugar and I can already feel how much I want to eat something sweet. it is also surprising to me how hard it is to keep away from anything sweet. You also need to start thinking about what you are eating and if it has sugar in it. I know there are tons of health benefits like lower blood sugar which decreases the chance of diabetes, less body fat because instead of burning sugar your body is forced to burn your body fat. Overall cutting your sugar has many different health benefits for your entire body.

On a different note, I felt actually pretty good about Canada Day and I had fun doing it as well. Except for the dragon I thought we needed much more practice I did not feel good about that hopefully next time we have a performance we can do a lot more practice.
