MY LAST BLOG FOR THE YEAR OF THE DRAGON

I want to apologize that I didn't post this blog yesterday. As some of you may know I will not join the I Ho Chuan next year. For many reasons, the most prevalent of which is that I plan on playing a lot more sports. However, I will not quit Kung Fu. Looking back on the year it has been quite the experience. When I started last year and as I think it goes for most other people It started off well for the first 2 or 3 months but after we left for Germany I think everything went downhill and I lost all form of motivation. I completely ignored my requirements until about halfway through the summer. When I began to pick things up again however the momentum that I had created also came to an abrupt stop at the start of the school year. From that point on I put no effort into my kung fu maybe doing a few push-ups and sit-ups but nothing more. Now I know that other people in the I Ho Chuan have had similar experiences still I want to say that It's improved me in so many different ways I have grown physically and as I like to think mentally as well. This is all thanks to the I Ho Chuan and this has also made me think of what I would need to change for the year of my black belt grading. Thank you
